Throughout the EAFAC small appliances entire production process, QC personnel play a vital role in maintaining and improving product quality. Starting with testing the raw materials to ensure that they can meet the quality standards before entering the production line.
QC personnel monitor and evaluate every stage of the production process. By controlling source materials and taking corrective action in time to minimize waste, reduce production costs, and avoid delivery delays.
Once the product reaches the final stage of production, QC personnel carry out a thorough inspection, ensuring that each product of entering the market passed the strict quality standards .
Origin of Materials and Components
60% of EAFAC raw materials are outsourced, and 40% are manufactured by ourself.
